Software and Hardware diagnostic skills and building/upgrading PC’s. Experience with supporting a corporate Windows and Linux environment Active Directory (users, mailbox management ) Office 365, Outlook, exchange, and other critical business application support Standalone Support Printing (installation, deployment, configuration, disposals) Complex Software installation and troubleshooting Network (triaging, fault diagnostic, root cause analysis) Software and Hardware diagnostic skills and building/upgrading PC's Provide support for hardware such as laptops, desktops, and monitors. As a Field Engineer, you will Provide technical (1st and 2nd level) IT support to internal employees via telephone, email, walk-ins, and remotely. You will be successful in this role if you have: Must be an Australian Citizen. This role requires a mandatory NV1 security clearance (NV2 preferred). Prior experience working in hardware break and fix, installation, desk-side software support, and service desk support.
