About the role
Cater Care is seeking Casual Catering Assistant to join our team at Booragul, NSW. In this role, you'll assist with meal service and help create a warm and welcoming dining experience for residents.
What This Role Involves
* Assisting with food preparation, including salads, sandwiches, and texture-modified meals
* Customer service - serving our residents meals and snacks
* Re-stocking as required, and after meal periods
* Dishwashing and cleaning kitchen & dining areas
* Setting tables, plating meals, and supporting the chef with general kitchen duties
Roster
Weekend position, Saturday and Sunday Mornings 06.30-14.00
Desired Skills And Experience
The ideal candidate will have
* Previous experience in food preparation and/or customer service
* Work effectively as part of a team to meet resident needs and service expectations
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Flexibility, with the ability to adapt to busy and changing environments
