We have an exciting permanent part-time opportunity, working between 30-40 hours a fortnight in our Home and Community Support Services team, delivering personal care to clients across Melbourne's Northern Suburbs. This includes areas such as Kingsbury, Heidelberg Heights, Heidelberg West, Rosanna, Reservoir, Preston, Preston West, Regentalong with other surrounding suburbs.
About the role
Our Home Care Workers provide assistance to our clients, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their health, happiness, independence, interests and choices. These include:
* Personal care including personal hygiene, grooming and showering
* Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, help at home)
* Engaging in social activities as required.
* Domestic assistance / housework.

What do we need from you?
* Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
* Own vehicle
* Australian Driver licence
* First Aid & CPR
* Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
* Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
* Up to date Flu vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
* Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations
* Experience in care role highly regarded
