Job Description
We are seeking a Disability Support Worker to provide in-home care services to individuals with disabilities. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives and work in a supportive team environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing support services aimed at maximising the living, social and recreational skills of people with a disability. This includes assisting clients with daily living activities, providing personal care, and supporting clients with mobility challenges through proper manual handling techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
* Support clients with mobility challenges through proper manual handling techniques and assisting with exercises.
* Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping.
* Work with clients, family/carers and other professionals to support the client's individual goals.
* Ensure completion of appropriate documentation and record relevant information on support provided in client notes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Australian Federal Police Clearance.
* CIII or CIV in Individual Support, Aged Care or Disability Services.
* PEG feeding experience preferred, however training provided.
* Administering Nebuliser experience preferred, however training provided.
* Current CPR/First Aid Certificate.
* NDIS Workers Screening Check and workers module.
* Current Australian Driver's Licence.
* Reliable, registered and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance required).
* Smartphone with internet access.
