We’re seeking to employ an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our Finance and Administration team in Kwinana, WA on a Permanent Full-Time basis.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive & manage customer orders
- Ensure customer queries and service levels are maintained to high standards
- Liaise with the Coogee Transport Team to enable deliveries to be scheduled
- Liaise with internal Production Teams to ensure adequate inventories are held in order to meet customer needs
- Liaise with internal Finance Team to close out the sales/invoicing cycle
Qualifications / The Successful Candidate Will Have
- A strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes and delivering results efficiently
- Experience in dealing with customers and interdepartmental teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Finance or ERP systems such as Oracle is preferred; on-site training will be provided
- A self-motivated attitude with sound numeric, written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work independently or within a team environment
