Due to our continued growth, we are looking for someone from a trade background, ideally with
**recruitment / BDM / service manager or similar experience to join our international business division.**
**Duties**
- Working closely with the International Recruitment team here in Sydney along with our overseas team based in Manila
- Working leads from our lead generation and marketing
- **_Overseas travel is a key component of this role, with regular quarterly trips to the Philippines a requirement_**:
- Regular contact with clients with progress updates and project status reporting
- Working with our overseas teams to make sure processes are being adhered to
- Help grow a business unit
**Skills and experience**
- **Must be a qualified mechanic in Heavy or Plant**:
- Previous experience interviewing trades staff is preferred but not essential as training will be provided
- Good computer skills
- Detail-oriented
- Enjoy working in a small team environment
- **Results-focused**:
- Previous experience in the truck, plant or Automotive Industry
