About Our Traineeship Opportunity
This 20-week full-time paid traineeship is designed to equip you with industry skills and a nationally recognized qualification in construction.
You will work within a supported and safe team environment, led by an experienced professional. While employed on the traineeship, you will gain employability skills, a White Card, First Aid & CPR, and direct links to employers.
The program focuses on individually supporting you with a strong emphasis on physical and mental well-being. To be eligible for this opportunity, you must not be participating in a previous similar program, have accessed government services for 6 months and remain unemployed or underemployed, or have participated in a previous program.
The priority groups for this traineeship include women returning to the workforce, people from diverse backgrounds, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals, mature-aged job seekers aged 45 years and over, young people, job seekers facing barriers to work, and under-employed workers.
