The opportunity
We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented and dynamic candidate looking for advancement opportunities to join our highly regarded Norwest Property group, led by Pauline Garland. The team offers a comprehensive and broad range of property-related matters acting for developers, investors, owners, landlords, tenants, public listed and non-listed companies.
The range of property work is broad and provides remarkable scope for developing skills and career progression, with matters involving commercial / industrial / retail acquisitions and disposals, flat land and high rise development work, landlord and tenant leasing and more. Pauline also handles Wills and Estate Planning work and advice.
To succeed in this role, ideally you’ll have
o 4+ years PAE
o enjoy working in a collaborative team whilst working autonomously
o have a proactive and flexible attitude to juggle competing priorities and deadlines
o enjoy interacting directly with clients demonstrating your strong communication skills
o have strong drafting skills with steadfast attention to detail
o strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and other parties
o a commercial approach to all matters and the ability to work in a team
o an appetite to mentor our junior cohort
