About the role
Forming part of a newly created expanded planning structure, the role will own the global demand process across multiple markets and ensure process and outcome alignment to an updated IBP framework. With a particular focus on customers within the U.S. market, the role provides an opportunity for adjusted early start hours to allow for the time difference.
Key responsibilities
* Support the role of a revitalised global IBP framework and drive best in class planning process
* Work with a range of stakeholders, both local and overseas, to gain actionable market insights
* Deliver an effective forecasting cycle and identify improvements to support planning maturity
* Support the implementation and optimisation of a new planning tool
Skills & Experience
This role best suits a proven Demand Planning specialist, with experience in both manufacturing and supply to international customers, along with an effective influencing and stakeholder management skillset. Due to the time differences of some markets, preference will be given to applicants open to adjusted work hours with an earlier start time.
