Your Role
As a Support Worker, your duties may include:
* Providing personal care such as showering, dressing, grooming, and medication assistance
* Assisting with domestic tasks like cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
* Offering social support and transportation for shopping, social outings, and medical appointments
* Supporting customers with mobility aids and personal equipment (e.g., wheelchairs, hoists, hearing aids)
* Assisting customers with complex or high-care needs
* Monitoring and reporting on customers' well-being and progress
* Attending team meetings and ongoing training sessions
What You'll Need
* Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (where applicable)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check or valid Police Check
* Current First Aid and CPR certificate
* Australian Driver's Licence
* Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle
* Smartphone with internet access
* Working with Children Check (Blue Card) – preferred
* Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Home & Community Care, or Disability Services
