Recruitment Consultant - Infrastructure, Cloud & DevOps
We're currently looking for a Support Analyst to deliver exceptional service and technical expertise for a suite of mission-critical software solutions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in helping customers get the most out of their technology.
You'll be part of a collaborative support team, handling technical issues across software, networks, and databases, while working directly with stakeholders to ensure systems run smoothly. Alongside day-to-day troubleshooting, you'll contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing, helping to drive efficiency and enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support for software, network configurations, databases, and application environments.
* Triage, diagnose, and resolve production issues—ensuring clear communication and timely resolution.
* Conduct code-level troubleshooting and ensure software consistency across all environments.
* Monitor and maintain system performance in a 24/7 operational environment.
* Test and validate new software releases prior to deployment.
* Maintain detailed system documentation and operating procedures.
* Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to implement fixes, patches, and enhancements.
* Proactively manage customer expectations, ensuring service delivery meets or exceeds agreed standards.
What You'll need:
* Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or related field.
* Strong experience in IT support, with expertise in database server management (Oracle, SQL) and troubleshooting.
* Solid understanding of networking protocols and security practices.
* Ability to manage multiple technical issues with strong prioritisation skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft products.
* Proven problem-solving abilities with a proactive and analytical approach.
