Role Description:
We are seeking a skilled and versatile individual to join our team as an Operations Driver and Warehouse Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our e-scooter and e-bike fleet, ensuring they are functioning properly and safe for deployment.
This role involves driving service vehicles, picking up e-scooters/e-bikes across the city, and moving them to high-demand locations. You will also be responsible for swapping batteries and performing other hands-on tasks in the warehouse. Our Warehouse Technicians play a vital role in repairing and servicing our fleet of e-scooters, conducting regular quality assurance checks to ensure they meet safety and operational standards.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license (for Operations Drivers) or mechanical repair experience (for Warehouse Technicians) is essential. A suitable smartphone and self-motivation are also necessary for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
