At PYCSAM Health & Fitness, we're passionate about helping our members build strength, confidence, and healthier lives. With over 70 classes running each week, we're looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Strength & Conditioning Coach to join our team and take on two Saturday morning classes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, leading fun and challenging workouts, and creating an environment where members feel motivated and supported.
About the Role
* Lead two weekly Strength & Conditioning classes on Saturday mornings (7:30am & 8:30am), with opportunities to cover additional sessions
* Deliver safe, effective workouts that cater to a range of fitness levels
* Bring energy and encouragement to every session while building strong member relationships
What We're Looking For
Required
* Certificate III & IV in Fitness or recognised Strength & Conditioning accreditation
* Current First Aid & CPR
* Working with Vulnerable People Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Personal experience with weight training and a genuine passion for fitness
We're happy to support coaches who are newer to group coaching, what matters most is that you're qualified, professional, and have the people skills to engage and inspire members.
