ACRWORLD is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant in Sydney, NSW, Australia. The role involves managing a full 360 desk in the Australian manufacturing sector, selling and delivering perm and contract recruitment services under various delivery models.

Key responsibilities
- Manage a full 360 recruitment desk in the Australian manufacturing sector.
- Collaborate with an existing team and take ownership of a national market segment.
- Sell and deliver permanent and contract recruitment services under various delivery models (contingent recruitment, contract, retained search, etc.).
Skills and experience
- Successful track record in business development within a 360 recruitment environment.
- Strong background in delivering permanent recruitment services.
- Customer-centric, long-term relationship approach.
- Desire to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Industry knowledge in manufacturing is desirable but not essential.
- Industry-leading commission scheme.
