Job Opportunity: Customer Service Officer / Inventory Coordinator

The position is located in sunny Townsville, on Bindal and Wulgurukaba land, and requires a positive attitude, active listening skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to think on your feet.

Key Responsibilities:
\
* Ensure accurate operation of electronic and manual inventory stock management system.
* Instruct and train staff as required to ensure quality standards are maintained.
* Plan and control work activities, including resource allocation and time management.
* Maintain all technical publications relevant to the operation of the Inventory Office.
* Build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
* Demonstrate a personal commitment to health and safety.

Requirements:
\
* Relevant experience in a similar environment.
* Excellent communication skills at all levels.
* Knowledge of inventory management systems would be desirable.
* Experience within the Defence and/or Logistics environment would be highly advantageous.
