In this role, the Treasurer will maintain Tropical Arts financial records, arrange payments and invoices and prepare a financial report for committee meetings including the Annual General Meeting. Tropical Arts has few transactions except during major annual theatre productions and particularly when a grant recipient.
Financial records are currently stored on Quickbooks, however, Tropical Arts is open to other bookkeeping methods. The Treasurer has a gmail account and access to shared documents on Google Drive.
