Key HR Leader Role in QLD Government Sector
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of HR Team Leader. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our recruitment services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the QLD public sector and be able to apply their knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of human resources management.
You will also be responsible for supervising a small busy team and providing leadership and support to help them achieve their goals.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
