About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic Manager to join our Business Advisory team in Toowoomba. This division offers tax and business advisory services to private enterprises and high-wealth family groups. You'll work with emerging businesses, private companies, and multinational groups, blending regional lifestyle benefits with opportunities for professional excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert tax and accounting advice to a broad client base, including family groups, trusts, and partnerships.
* Lead client engagements, attend meetings, and build strong, enduring business relationships.
* Coach, mentor, and develop team members while sharpening your leadership and managerial skills.
* Specialise in a chosen sector with access to world‑class tools, technology, and resources.

Skills and Experience:
* 5–7 years' experience in Professional Services
* Previous experience managing a team
* Strong communication skills
