We are seeking a dedicated Therapeutic Case Manager to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will play an important role in supporting children and young people in foster care.
In this role, you will work closely with foster carers, families, and other professionals to ensure each child receives the specialized care they need to overcome past experiences and achieve their full potential.
Our program is designed to deliver high-quality care, focusing on helping children heal from trauma and thrive. We value a collaborative approach where our carers play a crucial role in the care team.
As a Therapeutic Case Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating transitions, coordinating caregiver matches, and ensuring best-practice care. You will also work to increase fortnightly take-home pay through access to salary packaging benefits.
The ideal candidate will possess post-secondary qualifications in Welfare, Social Work, Child Development or relevant field, along with a current Victorian driver's license and CPR/First Aid certification.
Key skills required include providing safe environments for children and young people, protecting them from abuse and neglect, and communicating effectively with adults, adolescents, children, and sector representatives.
If you are passionate about working with vulnerable populations and delivering high-quality care, we encourage you to apply.
