Oolio is a cloud-based P.O.S and Payments platform created with the demands of the hospitality sector in mind. Our solutions help venues offer faster, smarter service, from fixed and mobile P.O.S to self-ordering, kitchen displays, and integrations with popular third-party services like Uber Eats and DoorDash. At Oolio, we are more than just a tech provider – we're committed to supporting hospitality businesses, with the right tools and insights to make their venues run better, faster and more in sync.To enable us to reach the wider market we have a trusted group of re-sellers across Australia and New Zealand, and are looking for a Reseller Manager, who will manage all reseller relationships across Oolio's P.O.S, PAY, and Platform offerings, from onboarding and enablement, through to deal execution and commercial management. You will build and scale a channel that delivers consistent growth through seamless collaboration. Working closely with our cross-functional teams such as sales, operations, product, marketing, finance, and support, you will help resellers deliver a consistent, and commercially sound experience across the channel, and play a pivotal role in expanding Oolio's market reach.

What you will do:

* Be the go-to point of contact for Oolio's reseller network, supporting them across sales, onboarding, training, and support queries
* Build and nurture trusted relationships with each reseller, becoming a reliable and responsive partner in their day-to-day operations.
* Laise with internal teams - support, onboarding, product, legal, and finance - to ensure resellers get the right help, fast.
* Coordinate training sessions and product enablement activities to keep resellers informed, confident, and capable of selling the Oolio suite.
* Help resellers navigatecommercial and operational processes,including PO submission, pricing queries, and deal workflows.
* Ensure each reseller hasvisibility over their merchants,tickets, and deals via CRM or portal access, and assist in maintaining that visibility.
* Track and follow up onopen issues, escalations, and pending actions,working cross-functionally to resolve blockers quickly.
* Support resellers through the full merchant journey - from prospect to go-live - by guiding them through the right processes and connecting them to the right people.
* Be the voice of the reseller internally, identifying common pain points and opportunities to improve the partner experience.
* Track and report on reseller performance, pipeline activity, and contribution to targets.

What You Bring.

* 3–5+ years' experience in partner management, account management, or channel support, ideally in a SaaS, payments, or POS environment. Hospitality experience is highly desirable.
* A people-first mindset with a natural ability to build rapport, earn trust, and support long-term partner success.
* Proven ability to coordinate across departments and keep moving parts aligned - you're comfortable chasing, nudging, and unblocking where needed.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail - you keep processes on track and partners informed without letting things slip.
* Solid understanding of commercial operations, including pricing models, purchase orders, and basic contract terms.
* Experience using HubSpot (or similar CRM) and confidence working across tools like Slack, Excel, and ticketing systems.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - you tailor your tone and language to suit the reseller, a developer, or a finance team.
* A proactive, solutions-oriented approach - you don't just escalate problems, you help solve them.
