The Human Resources Business Partner reports directly to the Managing Director and provides HR operational support and business partnering advice and solutions that reflect the company's values and business objectives. The incumbent will action and manage the People & Culture strategies, guiding and supporting the business and its managers on all aspects of the people lifecycle.
Duties Include:
* Managing the implementation and ongoing maintenance of People & Culture strategies and initiatives.
* Managing the deliverables of the company EVP strategy in conjunction with other senior leadership.
* Managing and coordinating the recruitment process.
* Assisting in the development of induction and training manuals for all new employees and supporting managers in the onboarding process.
* Completing exit interviews for employees leaving the business and communicating insights with leadership.
* Coordinating the talent development program and facilitating with managers and teams.
* Coordinating the Performance Management and Review Process across the business.
* Overseeing the implementation and continuous improvement of HR documentation and systems.
Requirements
A caring, committed, operational HR professional with experience partnering with the business, understanding needs, and providing effective solutions and services, including resolving multi-faceted employee relations issues.
Necessary Qualifications
* Human Resources or related qualifications.
* Strong knowledge of effective HR functions including those related to attraction and retention, performance, development of organisational culture, and exit strategies.
* Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, people/talent management, organisational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management and deferral and state respective employment laws.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels within the company.
* An appreciation and working knowledge of cultural diversity.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision to achieve and meet objectives, judge priorities and be strongly self-motivated.
* Relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
