Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Administration Officer to join our administration department on a permanent basis. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced team environment.
Skills Required
· Proficient with Excel, word, and Outlook.
· Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
· High Attention to Detail
· Excellent problem-solving skills.
· Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and time management skills within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Administration Department and other departments as needed.
* Collaborate with the Finance Department to resolve invoice queries and process credit adjustments.
* Run weekly reports.
* Assist with end-of-period tasks.
* Support the Customer Services Department by efficiently and accurately handling client bookings.
* Perform receptionist duties as required to cover leave or breaks.
