We're excited to introducebrand-new Retail Assistant roles as part of our continued growth and commitment to excellence. These newly created positions are designed for individuals who are passionate about retail and ready to play a vital role in driving operational success.
OurRetail Assistants are focused on delivering operational excellence by ensuring seamless store functionality, efficient inventory management, and supporting an outstanding customer experience. You'll be instrumental in optimising daily processes, maintaining a well-organised retail environment, and contributing to the overall performance and success of the business.
What You'll Be Doing
* Keep our store beautiful, clean, and perfectly merchandised
* Support stock control, promotions, repairs, lay-bys, and point-of-sale
* Fulfil Omni Channel orders (Click & Collect, Ship from Store, Virtual Appointments)
* Work collaboratively in a diverse, inclusive team
* Ensure health, safety, and security practices are always followed
What We're Looking For
* A strong customer service focus and attention to detail
* High personal presentation and a professional attitude
* Excellent communication skills
* Previous retail or administration experience (a bonus, but not essential)
