Drive Revenue Growth as a Sales Expert
You'll be responsible for managing client relationships, negotiating and converting leads, and developing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
* Be the primary point of contact for clients and ensure a successful and memorable experience.
* Follow up existing inquiries to convert them into sales.
* Conduct site inspections, host clients at relevant events, and attend meetings as required.
* Maintain alignment between commercial functions and hotel operations to enhance guest satisfaction targets.
* Manage your diary and collaborate with other sales colleagues to maximize revenues while ensuring a great guest experience.
* Stay informed about competitor products, tactics, and pricing to influence strategy.
* Support the Director of Business Development and Sales & Marketing with procured and new business opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in hotel sales or commercial capacity
* Understanding of hotel systems and revenue management practices
* A proactive approach to building strong relations with clients and stakeholders
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
