Role: Enablement ManagerLocations: MelbourneDuration: Contract – 6 months (with possible extensions)Talent Street is looking for an Enablement Manager for one of our large Victorian State government clients.Job Overview:As an Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our objectives by enhancing operational efficiencies and ensuring the successful implementation of new projects.
You will work closely with the Program Director and Delivery Program Manager to facilitate recruitment, manage vendor and procurement processes, oversee timesheet reconciliation, handle budget and performance-based reporting, and manage contracts effectively.
This position requires a proactive approach to anticipate needs and implement solutions that enable seamless project launches and ongoing management.Responsibilities:Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process to ensure timely and efficient hiring in line with project requirements.Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled and performance standards are met.Procurement Management: Oversee procurement processes, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and supply chain management in alignment with project and company goals.Timesheet Reconciliation: Oversee the reconciliation of timesheets to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and billing.Budget Management: Monitor and manage budgets to ensure financial targets are met, including forecasting and variance analysis.Reporting: Prepare and deliver reports on project budgets, performance metrics, and other key indicators to stakeholders.Project Implementation Support: Collaborate with the Delivery Program Manager to facilitate the unblocking of pre-discovery tasks and enable the successful implementation of new project initiatives.Contract Management: Manage and negotiate contracts with vendors and partners, ensuring compliance and alignment with project goals and company standards.Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the team and projects.Please apply now or contact Cheska Mitra, Delivery Consultant @Talent Street on ****** for further information.How do your skills match this job?How do your skills match this job?Sign in and update your profile to get insights.
