To be considered for this role please bring:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, some team leadership experience welcomed
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Investigative skills - find the root of that issue
- Demonstrable time management and multi-tasking skills
- Strong Excel, MS Word, Movex (ERP), Gsuite - experience favourable
