Overview
Location: Sydney, Melbourne & Traralgon.
Other locations considered.
Contract: 24-Month Fixed Term Contract Position.

Role
As a Communications Adviser, you will take a coordinating role as well as be responsible for hands-on delivery of communication products for the program.
Your Responsibilities
Concise delivery of communication outcomes within agreed timeframes
Collaborate with Product, Engagement, and Change leads on program communications
Plan and execute internal/external engagement activities
Apply ASIC change framework to stakeholder communications
Coordinate with change and comms teams for consistency across RC Program
Support RC teams in raising stakeholder awareness and understanding
Track and report communication effectiveness
Ensure program messaging is clear, and channels (e.g. SharePoint, intranet) are current and effective
About You
Ideally you will have the following skills and experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment:
Qualifications in communication or change management
2+ years' experience in communication delivery, ideally in Agile or relevant industries
Broad comms experience across internal/external channels (email, web, digital, social)
Quick learner with versatile skillset
Skilled in planning and managing comms and stakeholder engagement
Able to manage complex relationships and multi-stakeholder environments
Experienced in delivering complex projects and business outcomes
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to improve processes
Excellent business writing and verbal communication for diverse audiences
