About The Role

BRG is seeking an experienced Scheduler (L3) to support the LC4I SPO within the Plat-IES CA31 Program. This role sits within a complex Defence acquisition environment and will play a key role in developing and maintaining program‐level schedules to support capability delivery outcomes.

You will work with limited guidance in an outcome‐driven environment, providing detailed planning, scheduling, and project controls support. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement across internal and external Defence stakeholders, supporting the LAND 4140 C4 Modernisation Program and broader LC4S Branch activities.

Duties & Responsibilities

* Develop, maintain, and enhance project and program schedules aligned to project objectives
* Support project governance activities and participate in key workshops
* Contribute to broader Project Controls functions
* Develop and assess PWBS and CWBS, including supporting data dictionaries
* Analyse cost and schedule data to support reporting and EVPM (Earned Value Performance Management)
* Provide guidance on best practice scheduling tools and reporting methodologies
* Identify opportunities to improve project performance and delivery outcomes
* Manage and maintain assigned schedules and integrate updates into the master schedule
* Support stakeholder coordination across complex Defence program environments

To be Successful

* 3–5+ years' experience in Defence scheduling environments
* Demonstrated experience delivering schedules for complex Defence acquisition projects
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Proficiency in Open Plan Professional (OPP) (v8 or higher)
* Understanding of the One Defence Capability System (Capability Life Cycle)
* Experience across project controls, cost/schedule reporting, and EVPM
* Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience
* Formal scheduling or project management accreditation

Highly Desirable

* Experience supporting First and Second Pass approvals
* Experience within CASG environments
