12‐month fixed‐term contract to start in June. Part‐time Administrator covering a 12‐month maternity contract.
Responsibilities
* Accurately input data onto Excel spreadsheets.
* Update information on a portal and on spreadsheets.
* Answer the telephone.
* Ensure timesheets are authorised and call clients to ensure they are signed in time for deadlines.
Qualifications
Some work experience, ideally office‐based. If you plan to go to university next year and would like to work for a year to save money, this role could be suitable.
