HR Experience Design Specialist
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Human-Centred Design principles and a proven track record of creating transformative employee experiences across the HR lifecycle.
This role requires collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and product owners to explore, prototype and implement AI use cases that drive personalisation, prediction, automation and decision support in HR.

* Design and build engaging and seamless employee experiences by leveraging technology and AI.
* Develop and deliver design assets including journey maps, low- and high-fidelity prototypes, and work closely with your team to bring them to life.
* Act as a design thought leader within HR—championing innovation, inclusive design, and AI literacy, and helping the function evolve toward a more digitally enabled, insight-led operating model.
* Contribute to the creation of scalable design systems and experience standards that ensure consistency, accessibility, and effectiveness across HR services.
* Stay current on emerging technologies, tools and trends in AI, people analytics and UX, and bring those insights into your design approach.
What you'll need:
1. A proven track record of designing and delivering end-to-end engagement approaches and activities.
2. Strong stakeholder analysis skills, adept at building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and communicating effectively.
3. Strong written skills, including the ability to build change governance and senior leader packs.
4. Strong presentation skills to communicate effectively and deliver training/workshops and other presentations.
5. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
6. A curiosity to interrogate existing processes and systems, and the confidence to ask
