You will be involved in defining initiatives which deliver specific business and technological outcomes. You will also have a key role in influencing clients devise their strategic journeys.
Your Typical Day
* Manage and engage with enterprise Banking clients to solve their most challenging business problems through identifying and proposing technology-led solutions.
* Drive account, sales and delivery strategy while shaping and leading the delivery of transformational outcomes for clients.
* Collaborate with a high-performing team dedicated to excellence in assisting clients to enhance quality and performance through business transformation.
* Manage multiple work streams in an agile manner and work with stakeholders through a sustainable transformation program.
* Offer exceptional team leadership skills and the ability and desire to develop others in their careers.
* Draw on Deloitte's capabilities in design thinking, digital, data and analytics, Deloitte Access Economics and global consulting network.

About You
You will have significant experience as a management consultant operating in the Banking domain and Technology in Banking. You're passionate about where the sector's going and the possibilities to make an impact.
You will have:
* Extensive consulting experience in a Tier 1 Consulting firm, Systems Integrator or boutique strategy house with proven experience as a trusted business advisor to senior client leaders.
* Strong business development capability with the ability to build client relationships, leverage internal client relationships and lead pursuit teams/proposal development processes.
* Strong background in the Banking sector.
* Expertise in delivering cloud-based technologies.
* Experience of DevOps, CICD and other delivery methodologies.
* Strong understanding of the banking technology landscape and architectures.
* Proven experience leading large-scale transformation consulting projects, managing senior relationships within top-listed organisations and managing large, diverse teams.
* Ability to solve complex business problems using a hypothesis-based approach.
* Ability to quickly build rapport and grow client relationships to establish a strong network in the market.
* Demonstrated experience in operating model design, business process management, complex transformation and operational improvement.
* Exceptional quantitative, analytical and financial modelling skills.
* Leadership experience emphasising growing and developing junior team members and driving a culture of continuous learning.
This is a leadership role requiring more than 10-12 years of experience in Banking and Banking Technology, a passion for this space and a desire to take your career to the next level.
