We are seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and senior leadership team. In this high-impact role, you will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, helping to execute the organisation’s vision and manage key initiatives across the business. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive cross-functional project delivery, and improve organisational efficiency while ensuring alignment with the family office's values and long-term priorities. This role requires someone who brings a mix of strategic thinking, operational rigour, exceptional stakeholder management and an investment lens. You will ideally have 3 years' of overall experience (no more than 8) in strategy, operations, or project management, and may have previously worked in a Chief of Staff, COO, or similar leadership support role. Strong financial and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. Above all, you must demonstrate discretion, maturity, and a deep commitment to the mission and values of the family office.
