About the Role

Are you passionate about fire safety and training? We're looking for a dedicated Fire Safety Training Consultant to join our Client Delivery team. In this role, you'll use our innovative in-house tools, including PlanSafe and PlanStudio (training provided), to deliver high-quality training and advisory support. You'll mainly be on the road, conducting training sessions and providing expert fire safety guidance, with some in-office hours required for coordination and support. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment and is committed to driving positive outcomes for our clients.

What We're Looking For

* Utilise PlanStudio to deliver comprehensive Fire Safety Compliance and training services.
* Provide expert advice on Building Fire Safety Regulations (BFSR) 2008 and Australian Standards (AS
* Adhere to regulations and standards to prepare documentation and offer guidance to stakeholders.
* Facilitate Emergency Control Organisation (ECO) training, evacuation drills, and other fire safety training activities.
* Perform administrative tasks to support the Client Delivery team.

Key Requirements

* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (highly desirable).
* Proven experience in fire safety training, including ECO training and evacuation drills (essential).
* Strong knowledge of BFSR 2008 and AS essential).
* Current FSA certification (highly desirable).
* Current Queensland Driver's Licence (essential).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general ICT environments.
* Willingness to travel frequently, both locally and nationally.
