Base pay
A$160,000.00/yr - A$180,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
* Oversee all EnerMech plant, facilities, logistics, and asset support services across Australia.
* Ensure regulatory and legal compliance across all asset and facility functions.
* Drive a consistent and proactive approach to maintenance, aiming for 100% uptime of equipment.
* Implement and manage cost-effective strategies that reduce operational overhead and support bottom-line profitability.
* Lead project asset logistics, ensuring all loadouts are executed on schedule and within budget.
* Maintain accurate and timely certification of all EnerMech equipment and assets.
* Champion and implement continuous improvement strategies including 5S and lean methodologies.
* Build strategic relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, contractors, and project leaders.
* Ensure facility, asset, and maintenance activities are aligned with business needs and major project demands.
* Maintain a strong safety culture and lead incident investigations alongside HSE.
* Support business line leaders with asset replacement strategies and cost-control initiatives (e.g. reducing hire and lease spend).
* Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met across warehousing, customer service, and transportation logistics.
What we're looking for
* Minimum 8 years' experience in the oil and gas, mining or processing plant sectors
* Experience in maintenance and facilities management within the resources industry.
* Confident dealing with customers, vendors, and site teams across Australia, with a solid understanding of how to build strong working relationships in different regions and industries
* Proven leadership experience in asset management, facilities oversight, or industrial maintenance. Ideally within energy, construction, or engineering sectors.
* Solid understanding of logistics, maintenance scheduling, and asset lifecycle management.
* Strong people management skills with a focus on employee development, engagement, and performance.
* Demonstrated ability to drive HSE, quality, and compliance standards across multiple operations.
* Financial acumen to manage and report on budgets, cost control, and supplier payments.
* A collaborative approach with the ability to influence across departments and lead multidisciplinary teams
