We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our team, ideally with experience in orthodontics or general dental assisting. If you're an advanced DA, or newer to the field but eager to learn and grow, we'd love to hear from you too.
Location and Hours
Working four days per week (approximately 35 hours) between 7:45am – 5:15pm. This role is based across our three practices, Burwood East, Doncaster East, and Lilydale. While flexibility to work at all locations is required, the majority of your shifts will be at our Burwood East and Doncaster East clinics.

* Has dental assisting experience (orthodontic experience highly regarded).
* Brings warmth and professionalism when engaging with patients and colleagues.
* Works proactively in a busy environment with a positive "can-do" attitude.
* Shows attention to detail; in your cover letter answer: "What has to be broken before you can use it?"
* Enjoys being part of a collaborative, fast-paced clinical team.
Your Role
Assist our orthodontists chairside during treatments and procedures.
Prepare, sterilise, and maintain instruments and equipment in line with infection control standards.
Support patients throughout their smile journey, ensuring comfort and clear communication.
Contribute to a smooth, efficient clinical workflow with the team.
