This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced
Paramedic
ready to step into a
leadership role
, combining clinical insight, operational oversight, and team development to deliver outstanding patient care across Western Australia.
As
Manager

Patient Transport
you will lead a high-performing team and help shape the direction of one of Australia's most respected Non-Emergency Patient Transport providers.
Blending people leadership with on-road clinical expertise you will be required to support, mentor, and empower road crews while ensuring operational excellence and compliance with NPT and WA Health contractual requirements.
About the role
Provide
day-to-day operational and clinical leadership
to WA road crews and operations teams.
Ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient patient transport in line with all clinical and regulatory standards.
Conduct
probation reviews, audits, and incident investigations
where required.
Support workforce planning, rostering, and recruitment in collaboration with HR.
Oversee clinical governance, staff training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain strong customer partnerships by delivering excellent services to customers and patients.
What we are looking for
Minimum
5 years' experience
in emergency or non-emergency patient transport.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to support and guide diverse teams.
Sound knowledge of clinical protocols.
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE*****)
desirable.
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
