Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Practitioner to join our mental health team.
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate professional to lead a team of allied health professionals in delivering high-quality clinical services to young people and their families/significant others experiencing mental health concerns. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to person-centred care and be able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the delivery of clinical services that meet the requirements of evidence-based practice, person-centred care, trauma-informed care, and national safety and quality health service standards.
* Contribute to the ongoing development of program areas and related change management processes through the implementation of associated models of care, operational service models, and clinical governance requirements.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* A degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work)
* Significant experience in leading teams and developing clinical programs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
