Experienced Fusion 360 mechanical draftsman/designer seeking remote opportunities (with flexibility for in-person catch-ups) in the design and production of agricultural trailer hardware and related farm equipment.
Key strengths:
* Expert in Autodesk Fusion 360 for 3D parametric modeling, assemblies, sheet metal, weldments, detailed drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing files
* Experience creating production-ready designs for trailers/components (e.g., frames, tipping systems, axles, hitches, custom attachments, livestock crates, grain/fuel tanks)
* Strong focus on design for manufacturing (DFM), structural integrity, Australian standards compliance, material selection (steel/aluminium), tolerances, and prototyping
* Interest in ag-tech/farming hardware: trailers for drones or custom farm implements
Open to:

* Australian manufacturers of agricultural trailers/hardware (especially VIC/QLD-based for easier occasional meets)
