Senior HCM Functional Support Consultant
This role requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) processes.
Job Description:
* Provide expert support for SAP HR, addressing incidents and resolving issues promptly to ensure the smooth operation of HCM processes.
* Implement configuration changes to improve system functionality and user experience.
* Monitor HR workflows to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support payroll applications, including payroll processing, master data management, and reporting.
* Create and manage wage types in SAP HR.
* Assist with workforce planning support, ensuring accurate data management and reporting.
* Train staff on SAP HR functionalities, providing guidance and support.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR processes.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
* Proven experience in SAP HR functional support.
* Strong understanding of payroll, HR workflows, and workforce planning.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and incident response capabilities.
* Experience configuring SAP HR modules and managing wage types.
* Strong communication and training skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.
