We're seeking a compassionate and proactive Assistant in Nursing to join our dedicated team. As an AIN, you'll play a vital role in delivering resident-centric care, enabling residents to make choices and maintain control over their support needs.
Working closely with the clinical, lifestyle, and hospitality teams, you'll provide timely and compassionate care, responding to the diverse needs of our residents. Your effective communication skills will build rapport and maintain professional relationships with residents and colleagues.
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care)
* Or completed first year of nursing studies and associated placement
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
* Availability to work varied shifts
* Proactive approach to identifying and preventing safety hazards
* Current First Aid and Manual Handling Certificates
* Rights to work in Australia
