Job Overview
Maranoa Regional Council is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the strategic planning, development and optimisation of council facilities and building assets. This role requires expertise in long-term asset management, capital project planning and comprehensive planned/scheduled maintenance programs.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic asset management plans to ensure facilities are safe, functional and sustainable.
* Lead the development of capital projects to align with council's strategic objectives and community needs.
* Establish and maintain a comprehensive planned/scheduled maintenance program to minimise downtime and ensure optimal facility performance.
