About the Job
We are seeking a Sales leader with a passion for growing and evolving a diverse business in a dynamic market. The ideal candidate has sales leadership, and expertise in the marketing technologies domain.
Responsibilities
* Develop annual strategic sales plans to drive revenue and increase market share from new and existing clients.
* Build, develop, train and manage a highly effective sales team capable of carrying out Company strategies and initiatives.
* Drive and implement sales selling cycle and methodology based on internal process, market research and competitor analyses.
* Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
* Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the Company's customer base.
* Set quality objectives, performance standards and priorities that are implemented and monitored across the team.
* Leverage customer insights to identify business opportunities and product strategies.
* Manage and deliver detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
* Monitor market and competitor activity and share insights with senior leadership and sales teams.
* Build and nurture mutually productive partnerships across the organization, including product management, product marketing, corporate marketing, sales operations, finance, legal and human resources.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a fast-paced marketing technologies or services sales environment.
* Proven experience of direct management leading sellers.
* Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to present to all organization levels.
* The ability to work with customer and internal team members to estimate services needs.
* The ability to understand and effectively communicate the benefits of an on-demand/web services architecture.
* Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment.
* Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies.
