Job Summary:
The Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor will oversee the financial and operational aspects of complex M&E projects at various stages of project delivery. They will act as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to meet supply and delivery targets.
Responsibilities:
* Manage risk and change processes
* Collaborate with legal teams to develop agreements and contract documentation
* Provide commercial advice and support to the client, ensuring quality is never compromised
* Presentation in regular project cost reports and risk meetings
Requirements:
* Completion of RICS or equivalent course
* Experience specifically within commercial M&E projects and building services
* Excellent communication skills
