Job Title: Hotel Property Director
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced property director to oversee the smooth operation of our busy apartment hotel.
This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for all aspects of managing the property to ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing daily operations, including reception, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest relations
* Overseeing recruitment, training, scheduling, and management of the hotel team
* Driving occupancy and revenue through effective marketing strategies
* Maintaining brand standards and ensuring the property is well-presented at all times
* Developing policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
* Identifying and addressing maintenance issues to maintain the property
* Providing exceptional customer service and handling guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints
Ideal Candidate - Single Manager:
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in hospitality management, with a solid understanding of property operations.
You bring creativity, a proactive approach, and a coaching leadership style, focusing on employee growth and development.
A genuine passion for hospitality, calmness under pressure, and attention to detail are essential.
As a Couple/Management Team:
Complementary skills and hands-on experience are highly valued.
At least one member should have strong maintenance experience, ensuring facilities are kept to the highest standard.
You offer comprehensive knowledge of property and hospitality management, creativity, and a supportive leadership style.
