We are seeking a dedicated professional to support the online learning engagement of young people. This role requires collaboration with teaching staff and a strong foundation in youth work practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist young people in engaging with online learning opportunities
* Collaborate with teaching staff to provide high-quality support and guidance
* Develop and implement strategies to promote online engagement and participation
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Relevant tertiary qualification in youth work or a related field
* Commitment to child safety and well-being, with a focus on trauma-informed care principles
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students and colleagues
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on providing high-quality support and guidance
Preferred Skills and Experience:
* Experience working with young people in online learning environments, with a focus on promoting engagement and participation
* Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and practices
* Ability to develop and implement effective strategies to promote online engagement and participation
