THE ORGANISATION

They are currently on the lookout for a talented ER professional to join them on a temporary basis for 3-6 months.
THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Head of Human Resources in a supportive team of 5, this role will encompass some generalist activities and project work but you will also manage complex employee relations queries, providing expert advice to managers and conducting investigations when required. You will engage with specialist functions of Safety & Wellbeing to collaborate on resolving complex matters.
A large aspect of the role will encompass the evolution of the misconduct framework through the development of templates, practices and learning materials that focus on enabling leaders to lead, creating capacity for the rest of the ER team.
THE CRITERIA
To be successful in this role you will need to be an experienced ER professional or a HR generalist who encompasses robust ER skills and knowledge. You will have sound knowledge and understanding of relevant ER legislation as well as excellent skills in influencing and negotiations to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
