As a professional in employment support, your key responsibility will be to deliver ongoing post-placement services to individuals seeking employment. This involves identifying potential barriers to sustained employment and implementing targeted strategies to assist them in maintaining employment and achieving their goals.
This role is located in West Perth and reports directly to the Team Leader.
To be successful in this position, you will require:
* Experience in Employment Services or transferable skills that can be applied in this context.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* The ability to work independently in challenging environments.
* Proven experience working in high-performance driven environments.
* Strong relationships-building skills with key stakeholders.
* A high level of self-motivation and engagement.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
Essential requirements include:
* Eligibility to work in Australia.
* A current driver's licence.
* Access to a comprehensively insured vehicle for work purposes.
* A satisfactory criminal history check.
* A Working with Children Check.
