Northpark & La Trobe Private Hospitals are seeking two experienced Administration Officers to join our Administration team on a part-time basis. A recent redevelopment and expansion of clinical services at La Trobe Private Hospital is complete and is helping us meet the growing healthcare needs of the Northern suburbs communities. Northpark Private Hospital is located on the corner of Plenty Road and Greenhill's Road Bundoora, close to public transport and onsite parking is available. La Trobe Private Hospital is located at 920 Plenty Road, Bundoora next to La Trobe University. As an Administration Officer your responsibilities will include: · Perform a broad range of administration duties including: Manage a busy reception desk Answer and redirect calls Organise pre-admission and admission paperwork Maintain accurate and effective record management systems including preparation of medical records Coordinate with staff from other departments Complete other clerical tasks such as data entry Essential Criteria: Experience in an acute patient focused Healthcare facility/Hospital - highly desirable Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Able to work autonomously Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) Flexible to work a variety of shifts - 7 day rotating rosters) Why Healthscope?
