Veterinarian – Supportive 2-Vet Practice | Surgical Development | Flexible Hours
We're representing a well-established, privately owned small animal clinic that's looking for an experienced veterinarian to join their close-knit team. With a long-standing client base, a supportive culture, and opportunities for surgical development, this role offers the perfect balance of variety and stability.
What's on Offer:
* Full-time (38 hours) or flexible part-time (3–4 days/week)
* Only 1 in 3 Saturdays
* Routine GP caseload: medical workups, dentals, surgical extractions, spays, castrates
* Orthopaedics: bonus if you already have the skills – otherwise, full in-house training is available
* Mix of sole charge (1–2 days/week) and collaborative teamwork across two locations
* Support from highly experienced senior vets, including orthopaedic expertise and surgical memberships
* Loyal, long-term clients in a high socio-economic area
About You:
* 2–3+ years' experience in small animal practice
* Must be able to practice as a fully registered Vet
* Confident with routine surgeries and medicine cases
* Clear, compassionate communicator who values building client relationships
* Keen to develop further skills, with an interest in orthopaedics welcomed but not essential
* Comfortable with some sole charge days while supported by a wider team
