About the Opportunity
Humanity Health Group is growing across Queensland, and we're seeking passionate Occupational Therapists to join our teams within Care Squared, Care Squared Kids.
We offer flexible opportunities across metro, regional and coastal Queensland, supporting adults, children and families through community-based and hybrid service models. Roles can be tailored to suit your clinical interests, preferred client group and lifestyle.
What You'll Be Doing
Depending on the team and caseload, your responsibilities may include:
* Delivering evidence-based occupational therapy services in community, clinic and telehealth settings
* Conducting functional assessments, goal setting and therapy interventions
* Supporting NDIS participants to build independence and participation
* Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
* Completing high-quality clinical documentation and reports
* Engaging with families, carers and external stakeholders
What We're Looking For
* AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
* Experience or interest in NDIS, disability, paediatrics and/or adult services
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A client-centred, values-driven approach
* Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle
